Story Book Ending

Sometimes, I wonder
Why! Have this life been chosen for me?
I always hear...
You go through things to make you stronger
But I once felt that I did not want to live this life any longer
Thoughts like that can not get any wronger

This can not be all there is
I will make all of my dreams come true
And prove to all of my doubters, I can do it!
Their negativity, I will not miss
There is no limit to what I can do

To that child that feels you are not loved
Unconditionally
You are, from Him above
I know your situation
You may not understand
And wish you could fly away like a dove

What ever life you are living
Is to build you into the person you are meant to be
So don't think happiness is only found in your dreams
You must be progressive in discovering
Just who is inside of the person in the mirror you see
Sometimes we give up on ourselves so easily
We must give ourselves second chances
You can not allow yourself to be swallowed by your circumstances

Now that I know I am worth the struggle I had to endure
One day a child that is searching for love will have to look no more
I know exactly how that feels
And the pain that it brings can not be more real
I will prepare myself to be in a position to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way
This state of mind was not easy to develop, I must say
But it was something that I had to master
